Withdrawal Policy & Withdrawal Form DIMAX International GmbH

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which:

you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods;
in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the last item;
in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period: you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the first goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also withdraw using the withdrawal function on our website at https://konner-sohnen.com/pages/widerrufsbelehrung. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, including its content and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. This does not include supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to DIMAX International GmbH, Flinger Broich 203, 40235 Düsseldorf, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. goods delivered on a pallet), you will also bear the direct cost of their return.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are located outside the European Union.

In addition, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire quickly;
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if they were unsealed after delivery.

General information

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit.
When returning goods delivered on a pallet, we recommend using a similar pallet and securing the goods in accordance with the transport company's requirements.
Please do not return the goods carriage forward (postage unpaid).
Please note that points 1–3 above are not a prerequisite for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
